David Cook has shown his softer side on television. He cried when he won American Idol. He cried during his homecoming to Kansas City and Blue Springs, Missouri. And, he cried when his cancer-stricken brother, Adam Cook, came to watch him perform in LA.But, his private moments have always been private. He refused to talk about Adam's struggle with brain cancer on American Idol. And, now, according to people.com, Cook also neglected to talk about visiting a member of his Idol family in the hospital.According to people.com, Cook visited top 24 contestant Luke Menard in a Los Angeles hospital when Menard, 29, was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma.During Cook's appearance recently on Larry King Live, he insisted on ending the show by looking into the camera and telling Luke Menard his thoughts were with him. It really is a good thing that this music thing panned out for David cause it looks like he pretty much sucked at being a bartender (no offense kiddo.) lol. And also, looks like America's current most eligible bachelor is now off the market... for now. =)
